Rižu skuhajte "al dente". Papriku  prerežite pri vrhu i očistite joj sjemenke. U zdjeli promiješajte rižu, umak od  rajčica, narezano začinsko bilje, sol i papar. Napunite paprike nadjevom,  prekrijte ih njihovom "kapicom", složite u vatrostalnu posudu i začinite ulje.  Posudu tada prekrijte aluminijskom folijom i pecite 30 minuta na 160 °C. U  međuvremenu isperite patlidžane i osušite ih. Napravite "sendvič" koji će se  sastojati od 2 ploške patlidžana i ploške sira za pizzu, uvaljajte u brašno i  uronite u umućeno jaje. Svježe  gljive očistiti, te brzo isprati pod mlazom vode i narezati. Ukoliko uzimate  suhe gljive, isperite ih i stavite da se nekoliko sati ranije moče u malo mlake  vode (dodajte je kasnije juhi).&lt;br /&gt;Gljive i celer narezati. Ispržiti luk, dodati  sve sastojke, te kad tekućina ispari, doliti 1,5 l vode.&lt;br /&gt;Namrviti kocku  juhe, dodati ječam i kad provri, poklopljeno kuhati 20 minuta.&lt;br /&gt;Odvojiti pola  gustih sastojaka. Luk i  češnjak očistiti, oprati, pa sitno isjeći.Krastavac i papriku oprati i očistiti,  a zatim prepoloviti. Jednu polovinu povrća isjeći na veoma sitne kockice, pa ih  ostaviti sa strane.&lt;br /&gt;Drugu polovinu paprika i krastavaca isjeći na krupnije  komade. Staviti ih u dublju posudu i dodati luk i češnjak, paradajz umak,  kockice tosta, kim i ocat, pa sve propasirati. Pritom ovu smjesu postepeno u  tankom mlazu zaliti uljem. Supu posoliti i pobiberiti i ostaviti u frižideru oko  30 minuta.&lt;br /&gt;Hladnu supu servirati u duboke tanjire. Posuti je pripremljenim  sitno sjeckanim krastavcem i paprikama. Peršun oprati, prosušiti, listiće  iskidati, pa njime posuti supu. Pirjajte povrće na 3 - 4 žlice ulja. Dodajte oguljene,  izmrvljene kobasice, pirjajte (nemojte ih prepržiti), dodajući čašu juhe, malo  soli i papra. Nakon desetak minuta pirjanja na laganoj vatri, dodajte narezani  kelj i promiješajte. U posudu ulijte litru mlačne juhe i zakuhajte. Skuhajte u  njoj rižu (pazite da se ne prekuha). Jelo možete poslužiti i vruće, ali i mlačno  (ovisno o sezoni). Smjesu miješati dok ne postane pjenasta. Vrucu smesu sipati na pek-papir, ohladiti, a  zatim samleti. Belanca dobro umutiti, dodavati jedno po jedno zumance, pa lagano  dodavati karamel od oraha i brasno. Smesu sipati u kalup, velicine 40x30 cm  oblozen pek-papirom i peci na 180 stepeni 20 minuta. Pecenu koru izvaditi iz  kalupa staviti na vlaznu krpu i uviti u rolat. Secer i brasno razmutiti u 100 ml  hladnog mleka i sipati u ostatak provrelog mleka i kuvati nekoliko minuta. Krem  ohladiti i pomesati ga sa umucenim maslacem. Koru premazati sa polovinom krema,  pa posuti iseckanim zele bonbonama natopljenim u rum. Cele banane nakapati sa  sokom od limuna, rasporediti uz rub biskvita sa one strane od koje se pocinje  rolati rolat. Prosije se 450 g brašna sa 1 praškom za pecivo. U tučenu smjesu  dodaje se malo brašna, malo mlijeka (po pola šalice), a na kraju snijeg od 3  bjelanjka. Sve se lagano izmiješa i izlije u premazanu ili obrašnjenu tepsiju.  Po tijestu se stavi 1 kg trešanja bez koštica i peče na umjerenoj vatri, a na  kraju na jačoj. Stavite  konzervu ananasa u zdjelu, procijedite. Pomočite piškote u sok od ananasa iz  konzerve pa slažite u zdjelu koju ste obložili folijom. Redajte red piškota, red  vrhnja, red komadića ananasa, red piškota.... sve dok ne utrošite materijal  (piškoti moraju biti na vrhu. Tortu ostavite u hladnjak da prenoći. Kad je dobro umućeno dodati žumanjke, 50 g mljevenih oraha i 5 žlica brašna.  Više ne miksati nego miješati drvenom žlicom. Sipati u podmazan kalup i staviti  da se peče. Ubosti tortu čačkalicom, i ako čačkalica ostane suha, torta je  pečena. Pečenu tortu ostaviti da se ohladi, ali je ne vaditi iz kalupa. Preliti  je sa 4 rebra čokolade rastopljene sa 8 žlica mlijeka. FIL: Umutiti 250 g  margarina sa 250 g šećera u prahu i dodati 250 g eurokrema, 100 g sjeckanih  oraha i 100 g mljevenih oraha te sok od 1 naranče. Ujednačiti kremu, premazati  tortu u kalupu i staviti u frižider.
